TSM BBQ Chicken Rub

This BBQ chicken rub blends sea salt, brown sugar, California paprika, cayenne pepper and other classic barbecue and grilling spices. We think it's the best seasoning for grilling BBQ chicken, but it's also great to rub on turkey or duck prior to cooking.

Named after Team Sweet Mama (TSM), the team who created this award-winning BBQ chicken rub, placing 3rd in the chicken category at the 2005 Frisco, CO BBQ Championship.
