This Southern Gold Barbecue Sauce marries the sweetness of tomato with the tanginess of mustard. We upped the mustard level typically found in a Texas southern gold BBQ version, and reduced the bite of a Carolina version. With the addition of tomato, this balanced southern barbecue sauce is truly versatile. A great barbecue sauce to use with sausage, brisket and ribs.
